He then acquired the sub-brokership of Nirmal Securities in 2000, and started his business in Shri Madhopur. In 2002, he acquired the permit for Motilal Oswal, and he became the only agent to
distribute Motilal Oswal permits all over Rajasthan.
Success and difficulties followed him all the way through this business journey of Kapil Taneja. But the hurdles could not stop him and he entered into the real estate business. He originated his
work in 2006, on building his first home in Jaipur. He started his all new business venture with his brother, Ankur Taneja, and it seized nearly 2 complete years.

1. City Center, Barmer
- This centrally located building was the first project of Mr. Kapil Taneja which fulfills the residential as well as commercial needs.
